Say hello to our newest staff member

We are excited to announce our latest staff addition, Zach Mallavia, OWF's new Accounting and Operations Manager.

Originally from Idaho, Zach relocated to Portland after spending over 15 years in Massachusetts and they are excited to be back home in the Pacific Northwest. Zach comes to the Foundation after a stint in administration at the University of Massachusetts, as well as operations and program management in various healthcare nonprofits and agencies.

They are an avid hiker and passionate about maintaining and preserving Oregon’s outdoor spaces and abundant wildlife. Zach speaks French fluently and is a huge fan of films with subtitles and Japanese city pop.
