Your Oregon Last Minute Gift Guide: And You Don't Even Have To Leave The House

It's just days before Christmas, and you still need to find the perfect gift. Well you're in luck - because we have 5 gift ideas that help you give back to Oregon and you don't even have to brave the cold.

1. Gift a Membership!

Did you know that you can gift an Oregon Wildlife Foundation Membership? It's true, an Annual Membership to OWF is only $50 and Membership dollars support our work. Memberships are also tax-deductible, and can be upgraded to Heritage Society Membership at any time!

2. Make a namesake donation

You can make an OWF donation of any size in honor of another. This is the perfect one-size-fits-all gift! Donate in the name of a friend or co-worker you may not know too personally - OR - donate for the one you have loved for years. Giving back to Oregon's natural world is a special gift for anyone. You will receive a confirmation of the donation *and* they will be recognized in our Annual Newsletter in January. Donations to our Foundation are tax-deductible and go directly to support our mission.

3. Gift a Watch for Wildlife license plate voucher!

Our newest initiative, the Watch for Wildlife specialty license plate, is a long term opportunity for our Foundation to create a sustaining fund for safe wildlife passage projects.

The Watch for Wildlife plate design isn't just iconic to Oregon (which features Mount Hood and a white tailed deer), but also will help our Foundation fund projects that specifically protect animal crossings in migration corridors for years to come.

4. Shop our Columbia Gorge gift store!

If your looking for something more personal, seasonal, or cozy - take a short breathtaking drive to our gift store, Spruce Gifts & Provisions. Just 45 minutes outside of Portland, Spruce has ornaments, apparel, treats and more for everyone in the family. Explore what's new in the store, and check out their hours here.

5. Don't forget us while shopping online with Amazon Smile.

Every year we grant awards to groups and organizations of every size, fiscally sponsor tangible ongoing conservation work, and support community conservation efforts - from planting native species to hosting wildlife talks.

We are dedicated to sustaining Oregon's future. And we invite you to do the same!
