OWF Gift Shop
Oregon Wildlife Foundation's Flagship store has been thriving at the Bonneville Fish Hatchery since 1989, opening our sister store in downtown Hood River in 2020. Our stores have been welcoming customer support to our retail program for many years and will continue to do so for many years to come.
Our original store is located on the grounds of the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife’s (ODFW) Bonneville Fish Hatchery in the Columbia River Gorge. Visitors can grab a coffee at our infamous Herman's Coffee Bar (located right inside the gift shop) or a treat for the road, browse our book selection, find local gifts and apparel, and get to know our fabulous OWF store team. While you’re there, don’t forget to swing by the Sturgeon Interpretive Center and say ‘hello’ to Herman. The Foundation worked with the ODFW to build the Interpretive Center that houses Herman the Sturgeon. OWF is currently raising funds for an upgrade to the interpretive center.
Our second store location is on Oak Street in beautiful downtown Hood River. Swing by to shop for local gifts and apparel or local provisions. Each time you visit either of our OWF stores, you will have many choices of not only Oregon based brands, but also OWF merchandise, in collaboration with amazing Oregon brands.
